The YTB business model, is designed for the person who is WILLING to use the internet to compare pricing and have some intelligence to enter some key strokes to book his or her own travel. Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz and the rest are counting on the same intelligence. While I have a different business model (simpler) than yours (I want to hear from people who have lost too many accounts, been sued, partners or employees stole from you, rents too high, revenue too low, getting too old, etc.), if you measured my pay per hour in the past there were times when it was probably like $1.53. Most of the illustrators in Playboy have or had deep NY/Chicago agency roots, they come out of Advertising. I think of them as Designers who can draw. Nagel got the gig for the monthly panel for the Playboy advisor in the 80 s. His models were mostly Playboy models. Cathy St. George was a favorite. I don t think she was his wife but I don t know.
